UK Muslim Rishta – First Nikah Experience £100 Contribution
UK Muslim Rishta is pleased to offer eligible members the opportunity to receive a £100 contribution per person where a genuine relationship has developed following an introduction through UK Muslim Rishta and has progressed to an engagement or marriage (Nikah).
The purpose of the First Nikah Experience is to recognise and celebrate genuine relationships that have developed through UK Muslim Rishta and to share positive success stories with others.
The £100 contribution is conditional and is not an automatic payment.
By participating in the First Nikah Experience or submitting a claim, each participant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Successful UK Muslim Rishta Introduction
For the purposes of this initiative, a Successful UK Muslim Rishta Introduction means that two individuals who were introduced or connected through UK Muslim Rishta have:
- met following their UK Muslim Rishta introduction;
- developed a genuine romantic relationship;
- remained together as a couple for a minimum of six months; and
- subsequently become engaged or married through Nikah.
Both individuals must be able to reasonably confirm that their relationship developed as a result of their connection through UK Muslim Rishta.
Simply communicating, remaining friends, maintaining occasional contact or having gone on one or more dates does not qualify.
- Six-Month Relationship Requirement
The six-month requirement is an essential part of the First Nikah Experience.
Approximately six months after the individuals were introduced or connected through UK Muslim Rishta, UK Muslim Rishta may contact both individuals to establish whether:
- they have continued their relationship;
- they have developed a genuine romantic relationship;
- they remain together; and
- their relationship has progressed towards engagement or marriage (Nikah).
Both individuals must independently confirm the relationship where reasonably possible.
UK Muslim Rishta may ask reasonable questions about the development of the relationship for verification purposes.
UK Muslim Rishta will not require unnecessarily intrusive or private information.
- The £100 First Nikah Contribution
Where a Successful UK Muslim Rishta Introduction has been established and all other requirements have been satisfied, UK Muslim Rishta will contribute £100 per eligible person.
The maximum contribution is therefore £100 for each eligible individual.
Where both individuals satisfy the requirements, the combined contribution may be £200 in total — £100 per person.
The contribution is conditional upon all eligibility and verification requirements being satisfied.
UK Muslim Rishta will not make a contribution where the requirements of these Terms & Conditions have not been met.
- Eligible Nikah or Marriage
The engagement or Nikah claimed must relate to the two individuals who were introduced or connected through UK Muslim Rishta.
The contribution cannot be claimed in relation to another person or an unrelated relationship.
The purpose of the contribution is to recognise a genuine relationship that developed from a UK Muslim Rishta introduction and subsequently progressed to an engagement or Nikah.
- Evidence of Engagement or Nikah
UK Muslim Rishta may reasonably request evidence that the relationship has progressed to an engagement or marriage (Nikah).
This may include, where appropriate:
- reasonable evidence of an engagement;
- a Nikah certificate or other relevant documentation;
- confirmation from the individuals involved; or
- other reasonable evidence that the relationship has progressed to an engagement or Nikah.
Any evidence supplied must be genuine and capable of reasonable verification.
Altered, duplicated, fraudulent or otherwise unverifiable evidence will not be accepted.
Where the relationship status cannot reasonably be verified, UK Muslim Rishta reserves the right to refuse the contribution.
- Six-Month Verification
The six-month milestone is an essential requirement of the First Nikah Experience.
Approximately six months after the couple’s initial UK Muslim Rishta introduction, UK Muslim Rishta may contact both individuals to confirm:
- that they have continued dating or remained in a relationship;
- that they have developed a genuine romantic relationship;
- that they are still together; and
- that they are happy to confirm that their relationship resulted from their UK Muslim Rishta introduction.
Both individuals must independently confirm the relationship where reasonably possible.
UK Muslim Rishta may ask reasonable questions about the development of the relationship for verification purposes.
- Remaining in Contact Does Not Qualify
For the avoidance of doubt, the six-month requirement is not satisfied simply because two individuals have remained in contact.
The couple must have formed and maintained an actual romantic relationship.
The following will not, by themselves, qualify as a Successful UK Muslim Rishta Match:
- remaining friends;
- occasionally communicating;
- exchanging messages or telephone calls;
- following each other on social media;
- maintaining contact without being in a relationship; or
- having gone on one or more dates without subsequently forming an ongoing relationship.
- Mandatory Podcast and Success Story Participation
Participation in the First Nikah Experience is conditional upon both individuals agreeing to participate in a UK Muslim Rishta podcast, recorded interview or other agreed success-story feature.
The purpose of this requirement is to allow UK Muslim Rishta to share genuine success stories and demonstrate the real-life outcomes that can result from the service.
The couple may be asked to discuss:
- how they were introduced through UK Muslim Rishta;
- their first meeting and how their relationship developed;
- their experience of the UK Muslim Rishta vetting and matching process;
- how their relationship progressed during the six months;
- their engagement or Nikah; and
- their experience of becoming a couple through UK Muslim Rishta.
Both individuals must understand and accept this requirement before making a claim for the £100 contribution.
If either individual does not agree to participate in the required podcast, recorded interview or success-story feature, the couple will not be eligible to receive the contribution.
- Mandatory Testimonial and Honest Review
Both individuals must also agree to provide an honest testimonial about their experience with UK Muslim Rishta as part of the First Nikah Experience.
The couple may also be invited to provide an honest review on Google or another relevant review platform.
Any testimonial or review must be genuine and reflect the individual’s actual experience.
UK Muslim Rishta does not require or request a falsely positive review.
However, agreement to provide the required honest testimonial and participate in the UK Muslim Rishta success-story process is a condition of receiving the £100 contribution.
If either individual refuses to provide the required testimonial or refuses to participate in the agreed promotional process, the couple will forfeit their eligibility for the £100 contribution.
- Publicity and Promotional Use
By participating in the First Nikah Experience, members acknowledge that the purpose of the initiative includes sharing genuine success stories for UK Muslim Rishta marketing, promotional and public-awareness purposes.
Participants must therefore be willing to be publicly associated with their UK Muslim Rishta success story.
Where photographs, video, audio recordings, names, quotations or other identifiable material are to be published, UK Muslim Rishta will obtain the appropriate consent and explain the intended use.
Participants should not make a claim for the £100 contribution if they are unwilling to participate publicly in the agreed podcast, interview or success-story activity.
If a participant subsequently decides that they do not wish to participate in the agreed promotional activity, the £100 contribution will not be payable.
- Understanding These Terms Before Making a Claim
Before making a claim, both individuals are responsible for reading and understanding these Terms & Conditions.
In particular, both individuals must understand that the £100 contribution is conditional upon:
- the UK Muslim Rishta introduction resulting in a genuine romantic relationship;
- the couple remaining together for at least six months;
- the relationship progressing to an engagement or Nikah;
- the successful relationship being reasonably verified;
- reasonable evidence of the engagement or Nikah being provided where requested;
- both individuals agreeing to participate in the UK Muslim Rishta podcast, interview or success-story feature; and
- both individuals agreeing to provide an honest testimonial and participate in the agreed promotional process.
A couple who satisfies the six-month relationship requirement but does not progress to an engagement or Nikah, or does not agree to the required podcast, testimonial and success-story participation, will not qualify for the £100 contribution.
By submitting a claim, both individuals confirm that they understand and accept these conditions.
- Verification of a Successful Match
UK Muslim Rishta reserves the right to verify a claim before making any contribution.
Reasonable verification may include confirming:
- that the individuals were introduced through UK Muslim Rishta;
- that they subsequently met;
- that they developed a genuine romantic relationship;
- that they remained together for at least six months;
- that the relationship progressed to an engagement or Nikah;
- that any evidence supplied is genuine; and
- that both individuals have agreed to the required success-story participation.
UK Muslim Rishta may communicate separately with either or both individuals where reasonably necessary to verify the claim.
The purpose of verification is to protect the integrity of the initiative and ensure that the contribution is awarded only to genuine successful couples.
- Fraud, Misrepresentation or Abuse
Any attempt to obtain the contribution by providing false, misleading, exaggerated or fraudulent information may result in the claim being rejected.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- falsely claiming that a relationship exists;
- falsely claiming that a relationship has continued for six months;
- falsely claiming that an engagement or Nikah has taken place;
- submitting false or fraudulent evidence;
- submitting evidence that does not relate to the claimed relationship;
- deliberately providing misleading information to obtain the contribution; or
- attempting to claim the contribution in relation to another person.
Where UK Muslim Rishta reasonably believes that the initiative has been used primarily or solely for the purpose of obtaining a financial benefit, it reserves the right to refuse the contribution and may take further action under the wider UK Muslim Rishta Terms & Conditions.
- Timing of the Contribution
The £100 contribution will only be considered once the six-month Successful Match requirement has been satisfied, the relationship has progressed to an engagement or Nikah, and the required verification has been completed.
The contribution will not normally be payable immediately following the first date or initial introduction.
This is because the purpose of the initiative is to recognise a genuine successful relationship that has developed through UK Muslim Rishta.
- No Obligation to Remain in a Relationship
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions requires either individual to remain in a relationship against their wishes.
The six-month requirement is intended to identify relationships that have naturally developed and continued following a UK Muslim Rishta introduction.
The £100 contribution must not be understood as an incentive to enter into or continue a relationship solely for financial benefit.
- Right to Refuse a Contribution
UK Muslim Rishta reserves the right to refuse, withhold or decline a contribution where:
- the eligibility requirements have not been satisfied;
- the couple are no longer in a genuine romantic relationship;
- the relationship cannot reasonably be verified;
- the engagement or Nikah cannot reasonably be verified;
- required evidence has not been provided;
- information supplied is false or misleading;
- either participant has not agreed to the required podcast, interview or success-story participation;
- either participant has not agreed to provide the required testimonial;
- there is evidence of fraud or abuse; or
- UK Muslim Rishta reasonably believes that the claim does not meet the purpose or requirements of this initiative.
Any decision will be made following the UK Muslim Rishta verification process and subject to the participant’s rights under applicable law.
- Acceptance of These Terms
By participating in the UK Muslim Rishta First Nikah Experience and submitting a claim, each participant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Each participant acknowledges that:
- the £100 contribution is conditional;
- a genuine romantic relationship must have continued for at least six months;
- the relationship must have progressed to an engagement or Nikah;
- the relationship may be verified by UK Muslim Rishta;
- reasonable evidence of the engagement or Nikah may be required;
- each eligible individual may receive a maximum contribution of £100; and
- participation in the required podcast, success story and honest testimonial process is a condition of receiving the contribution.
UK Muslim Rishta reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
